Michelle Dee Graham has been a respected and passionate advocate for aging adults since 1991.
She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), a Certified Placement & Referral Specialist (CPRS), and a Paralegal and Collaborative Law Specialist in Eldercare. She was a founding board member/Vice President of the National Placement & Referral Alliance where she has provided senior consumer education to members of Congress in Washington DC, Olympia, and worked with other professionals to develop the first national certification program for Referral/Placement Agents.
Michelle was awarded the “Heart of a Social Worker” by the Puget Sound Veterans Administration, “Woman of the Year” by SPS Business & Professional Women, and Graham & Graham were honored with the “Torch Award” by the Better Business Bureau for Western Washington.
Prior to founding Graham & Graham in 2010, she had been an Assisted Living Administrator, Skilled Nursing Admissions and Marketing Director, a Recruiter and Staff Retention Consultant for 17 nursing homes in WA and OR, managed operations of nine Nursing Assistant Training Schools, and an in-house Nursing Registry with 70+ RNs and LPNs.
Michelle and the Graham & Graham Team are well qualified to provide guidance and referrals to families seeking care options for their elderly loved ones! The Graham & Graham mission is to locate quality care solutions for each individual’s unique needs and desires, as well as provide families with peace.
Jerry Graham was the Co-Founder of Graham & Graham Eldercare Consultants LLC. He worked alongside Michelle as both a spouse and a fierce advocate for the needs of each person who crossed his path. Sadly, in 2021 Jerry was one of far too many who lost their lives to Covid. He was loved his work with aging adults and the vulnerable, as well as their families. We honor him for the light he brought to this world.
